A healing connection is a dynamic relationship between yourself and another individual or group. It is a sacred space that allows for breakthrough moments in a person’s healing journey. This sacred space is contingent upon your own integrity as a healer and your ability to facilitate a relationship that is patient, encouraging and empowering.
THIS TRAINING WILL EXPLORE HOW TO:
- Create rich connections that promote wellbeing on all levels
- Cultivate compassion and care for self and others
- Tap into the inner wellspring of intuition
- Create safe and sacred space
- Practice clear, compassionate, listening
- Practice Intuitive, empowering questioning that unlocks wisdom in your students and clients
- Recognize and honor both someone's humanity and divine potentiality
- Empower your students/clients with individualized, supportive healing practices that they will be inspired to do
- Point your client/students back to their own inner-wisdom and inspire them to remain empowered in their own healing process

WHO THIS IS FOR
This is an advanced training for the Alaya Yoga School, and it is also open to anyone who works in a healing way with groups and 1:1 with clients. This workshop will be very useful for yogis and/or those in a healing profession who would like to enhance their private sessions or group classes, while also deepening their relationships to self, others and Source, such as:
- Yoga teachers
- Healing practitioners
- Coaches
- Medical professionals
About the Experience

THE LOCATION
Hamilton, Montana is a small town in the Bitterroot Valley, about 45-minutes south of Missoula. Known for its well-rounded offerings, this quaint yet busy town boasts theater, live music, breweries and nearby hiking in the Bitterroot Mountains.
ACCOMMODATIONS
If you are coming from out of town, we are here to help you find affordable and convenient housing. There are many cute Airbnb's nearby and a handful of hotels. We also have a large local network with options for inexpensive or free housing. Contact our Student Liason after you register.
TRANSPORTATION
If you'd like to do some sightseeing in the region, renting a car is inexpensive and a great idea. Many of the Airbnb's are also walking and/or biking distance to the studio.
ACCREDITATION
This training is part of The Alaya Yoga School 300-HR Advanced Teacher Training Program. You may combine this module with other 100, 50 and 25-HR trainings to acquire your 500-HR Yoga Alliance Certification. If you are not part of the Alaya Yoga School Advanced Training Program, no problem! You will earn 50 Yoga Alliance Approved CEUs for Registered Teachers.
DAILY SCHEDULE
Each day, you'll be led in a therapeutically oriented practice including asana, pranayama and meditation. You will engage in individual/group practices/exercises that will help you to experience, embody and personalize the teachings. We will also have dynamic group discussions on a variety of teachings around creating healing connections.

Dr. Jennifer Marie Lane’s service to the world is through her devotion to dreams and embodied life. She is a mother, dream oracle, chiropractor, and teacher of earth wisdom and sacred movement. Her facilitation invites participants into a realm where body, heart, mind, soul and spirit(s) freely intermingle - where Dreams come alive! Having graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Medical Anthropology and Anthropological Genetics and worked as a healer, she weaves in a deep curiosity and respect for the healing potential of the human body and soul.
